For the past 10 years I’ve been on a journey… a journey of coming home to myself.

Or maybe I’ve been on this journey all along.

The catalyst

I remember graduating from university, eager and excited to enter the workforce; and sitting with the huge disappointment I felt as I questioned “Is this what the rest of my life really looks like?”

I remember becoming a mother, noticing the ways parents are taught to act against their own intuition, and choosing to trust my gut instead.

And somewhere along the way I began reflecting on my life and the road I had been travelling on: meeting expectations, fitting in, following the path in front of me without stopping to ask if it was actually mine.

I realized I was operating like a machine, without pausing to question.

I was trusting the voices around me more than I trusted myself. And the more I started to slow down, the more I began to notice just how deeply we’re conditioned to live this way.

I started to re-visit almost everything I had once taken for granted… my beliefs, my relationships, wellness, nature, and most importantly – spirit.

And I realized something BIG was shifting collectively…

That every day more of us are awakening to the knowing that there has to be more to life than simply getting through it. We’re realizing that our lives are ours to create when we learn to trust ourselves again.

So while you’re here – I hope this space reminds you that you’re allowed to question. You’re allowed to change your mind. You’re allowed to step outside the path that was given to you and create one that truly feels like your own.

“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
